Millet Porridge is a healthy recipe which can be consumed even by babies as well as Adults. Millet in the form of Millet Porridge can be fed to babies between 6-9 months to boost their body immunity since infants body immunity is susceptible. 
Millets contains high amount of Fiber content, hence millets are far ahead of many Cereals in health benefits which we consume in our meals, making it a best choice for those who want to Loose Weight. Here is an easy recipe to make Millet Porridge which even a beginner can make.

Ingredients

half cup millet

1 litre milk

4 tsp sugar 

1 teaspoon ghee

Apricot pieces

Walnut pieces

Easy Method 

1 Heat ghee in a pan. Add millets and roast them for a few minutes.

2  Now add milk to the pan and keep the heat medium. Cook the millets for 10-12 minutes or until the millet grains turn soft glassy.

3  Once the porridge is cooked completely, add 4tsp sugar and stir to dissolve sugar. Add pieces of Apricot and Walnuts and mix All.

4 Garnish the Porridge with Apricot and Walnut pieces.

Your Delicious Millet porridge is ready to be served, Enjoy.
