The sweaty summer season is all here, the scorching sun, soaring temperatures brings down the energy levels to perform our day to day work. The sweat, depleting body energy calls for a change in routine of day.

Do exercise, workout, yoga. Below are some workouts that can be enjoyed doing during the summer months.

What better way to exercise and stay cool than swimming?Swimming is an activity that doesn’t feel very strenuous, yet helps shed excess weight massively, helping stay cool.

5 General Tips to Beat the Heat

1  Wear loose clothing. Avoid too tight clothing, which may lead to skin issues. Go for Cotton, linen, organic clothing, comfort needs to be the key for happy summers.

2  Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harsh rays of the sun. 

3  Protect your skin from the ultraviolet rays of sun by putting on generous amounts of sunscreen depending on your skin type.

4 Try to stay indoors during the afternoons during the peak hot hours when sun's Ultraviolet rays are strong. Venture outside in morning or during the evenings to get fresh air in nature's company.

5  Do not skip working out. Do exercise, yoga, workouts atleast 3 days a week, Stay Active.
