Millet Pancakes is a very Simple, Gluten FreeEasy To Make recipe. It is a healthy alternative to regular Pancakes which we make. It is for Weight loss Tasty way and Nutrition filled recipe, one of best option for those who want to Loose Weight, eat Tasty and at the same time do not want to  compromise on Nutrition value.

Below is an easy  method to make Soft, Fluffy, Creamy & Tasty Millet Pancakes :

Ingredients

  1.  1/2 cup Millet flour
  2.  2 potatoes
  3.  2 chopped onions
  4.   Salt as per taste
  5.   1tsp chilli powder
  6.   Cumin seeds
  7.   Chopped coriander leaves
  8.    Oil for frying

Total Ingredients : 8


Method To Make

  •  Firstly peel 2 potatoes with a peeler to remove its skin. Then take a bowl and grate into it.
  • Add half cup Millet flour, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves to it and mix.
  • Add cumin seeds, chilli powder, salt to the mixture and mix it well adding little water to it if required, making thick batter.
  • Take a pan, heat it little. Then grease the pan with oil.
  • Pour the batter into the pan to make desired size Pancakes. Cook them on slow flame, to make the Pancakes crispy. Cook till both the sides turn golden brown.

  • Garnish pancakes with honey and berries or Serve the Pancakes with tomato ketchup as you desire.
