Millet Rotis are Gluten Free Rotis with high Nutrition and high Fiber content. These Millet rotis are ideal for those on Weight Loss Diet. 

Below is the Easy to Make Method for Millet Rotis :

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Millet flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour for dough, 1/2 cup for rolling the roti
  • Salt to taste
  • 5tsp ghee
  • warm water as required

Total Ingredients : 5


Method To Make

  • Take a large bowl. Add 2cup Millet flour and 1/2 cupwheat flour, adding salt and 3 tsp ghee to it. 
  • Add warm water as required to knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 5 equal portions rolling to ball and flat it to roll.
  • Then spread whole wheat flour on it to avoid sticking, using rolling pin, roll it into a thick Roti.
  • Heat a non stick tawa, place the roti over it, and cook it for a few seconds or till spots appears on it, turn and cook the other side  
  • Then take a pair of flat tongs and lift the roti, roast it over an open flame on gas, till brown spots appears on it. Cook All the rotis this way.
  • Apply remaining ghee on All the rotis to increase its nutritional value.
