Millet Salad is a healthy, light and flavorfull dish. It is  high in Nutrition, Protein packed and Easy to Make. This is a versatile dish in which one can add seasonal veggies of own choice to make it more Nutritious. Below is a Easy Way to make it-

Ingredients

  1.  1 cup cooked Millet
  2.  1/2 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
  3.  1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
  4.  1/2 cup Chopped Cucumber
  5.   1/2 cup chopped Lettuce or cabbage
  6.  Salt as per taste 
  7.   Oregano
  8.   Pepper powder
  9.   Lemon Juice
  10.   Olive oil

Total Ingredients : 10


Method

  1.  Take a large bowl, put cooked Millet into it. Add cherry tomatoes, Chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped Lettuce or Cabbage  to it and mix them with cooked Millet.
  2. Take a small bowl add olive oil into it, then add pepper powder, Oregano, lime juice and salt to it. Whisk all these ingredients well for dressing of salad.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cooked millet and toss it to combine them together.
  4. Your tasty and healthy Millet Salad is ready.
  5. Add this Healthy Nutrition filled Salad to your Lunch or Dinner.
