Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Millet
- 1/2 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped Lettuce or cabbage
- Salt as per taste
- Oregano
- Pepper powder
- Lemon Juice
- Olive oil
Total Ingredients : 10
Method
- Take a large bowl, put cooked Millet into it. Add cherry tomatoes, Chopped onions, chopped cucumber, chopped Lettuce or Cabbage to it and mix them with cooked Millet.
- Take a small bowl add olive oil into it, then add pepper powder, Oregano, lime juice and salt to it. Whisk all these ingredients well for dressing of salad.
- Pour the dressing over the cooked millet and toss it to combine them together.
- Your tasty and healthy Millet Salad is ready.
